RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
Given that our courses are digital products, returns are not accepted once the user has accessed the content.
However, in exceptional cases, the Seller may evaluate refund requests if:

The user has not accessed the course within the first 7 days after purchase.

There was a billing error or an unauthorized purchase.

The course presents serious technical faults that prevent its use and have not been resolved in a reasonable time.
To request a refund, the user must contact [email protected] explaining the reason for the request. Applications will be evaluated within 7 working days.
